Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to any address in the Continental United States. NO PO BOXES PLEASE.

Shipping Methods
We ship all of our products using United Parcel Service (UPS). When you place your order, you will be asked to choose from the following delivery methods: UPS Ground; UPS Three Day Select; UPS Second Day Air; or UPS Next Day Air. We do not require a signature for UPS shipments.

Shipping Locations
All of our products are shipped from our warehouse in Seattle, Washington.

Shipment Delivery Time
Your expected delivery date is determined by the date of shipment from our warehouse and the shipping preference you select.
Your purchase of in-stock merchandise will be shipped within 24 hours from the time you order if our warehouse receives the order prior to 1:00pm PST Monday through Friday, not including standard business holidays or weekends. Orders received by our warehouse after 1:00pm PST Monday through Friday, not including standard business holidays or weekends will be shipped the next business day. Special orders and out-of-stock merchandise may require additional time prior to shipment.

Shipping Charges
Your shipping charge will be based on the weight of your order, the distance shipped, and the method you select when ordering (UPS Ground, UPS Three Day Select, UPS Second Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air). This includes items shipped in multiple boxes. We charge standard UPS rates. The charges for each of the shipping methods will be presented to you when you place your order.

Orders Damaged in Shipping
If you believe a package received from us was damaged in transit, please refuse shipment and tell the carrier that you are refusing delivery because the package is damaged. Then call Demitri’s Customer Service at 1-800-MARY MIX (800-627-9649) to inform us of the situation. If you are not present at the time of delivery and cannot refuse shipment, please call Demitri’s Customer Service to make arrangements to return the damaged order.

Shipping Refunds
Your original shipping charge will only be refunded for a product sent to you in error or a defective product. This refund will automatically be credited once we receive and inspect the returned product. If only a portion of your order is returned, the refund for shipping costs will be prorated.
If you believe you qualify and would like us to pay for return shipping, you must email us at or call Gourmet Mixes’ Customer Service at 1-800-MARY MIX (800-627-9649) before attempting to return the product. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.

General Return Guidelines
  • - It is not necessary to call Demitri’s Customer Service to get authorization for a return.
  • - On all returns we will send an email to the original purchaser verifying the return and credit amount.
  • - will only apply credit to the credit card originally used for the purchase. We will not give store credit.
  • - We will not ship a replacement product before receiving the returned product.
  • - We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries for shipped returns.
  • - Items incorrectly shipped to will not be returned to the customer.
